NORDEN - DANMARK, FINLAND

Vid leverans inom Norden skickas ditt paket normalt inom 3-10 vardagar från det att vi mottagit din beställning. Leveransen skickas med DB Schenker. Du har full trygghet och garanti genom fraktbolaget för att din vara är oskadd vid leverans. Vi reserverar oss för att vid hög belastning kan leveranstiden vara längre och beställda varor kan ta slut i lager.

FRAKTPRISER

Frakt tillkommer på samtliga ordrar. Eftersom våra olika varor skiljer sig åt så mycket i både storlek och vikt, är det svårt att sätta en enhetsfrakt. Vi debiterar därför enbart den egentliga fraktkostnaden. Om vi anser att paketet är för dyrt att skicka så kommer vi att kontakta dig och ge möjligheten att makulera ordern. Detta kan även vara fallet om relationen mellan ordervärdet och fraktkostnaden blir för skev till kundens nackdel.

VAR ÄR MITT PAKET?

Om du inte fått ditt paket på utsatt tid. Kontakta oss så ger vi dig kollinumret på nytt så att du kan eftersöka ditt paket via fraktbolaget. Vi ber dig fylla i dina uppgifter noggrant vid beställning och registrering så att ditt mobilnummer och e-postadress alltid är uppdaterad. I annat fall kan vi ej garantera dig att du får dina uppgifter per automatik som vanligtvis sker vid orderläggning.

EJ UTHÄMTAT PAKET

Om kunden av någon anledning inte hämtar ut ett paket med varor, så tvingas vi debitera verkliga fraktkostnad ut till kund samt returfrakt. För ej uthämtad vara tillkommer också en expeditionsavgift på 45 kr.

LEVERANSTID (SVERIGE)

Normal leveranstid från Swedflex AB är 2-10 dagar för beställningar inom Norden (Sverige, Norge, Danmark, Finland) Vissa produkter kan under högsäsong eller vid hög belastning ha något längre leveranstid.

Vi reserverar oss för slutförsäljning, lagersaldofel. Ibland händer det att någon av de varor som du beställt inte finns i lager och blir restnoterad. Det skickas då ett mail till dig angående detta. Kontakta oss om du vill annullera din restnotering eller om du har frågor kring leveranstider etc.

LEVERANSTRYGGHET

Vi bevakar att du får de varor du beställt. Tar någon vara tillfälligt slut, meddelar vi dig i förväg när vi beräknar kunna sända varan. Alla extra kostnader för en restnoterad vara betalas av Swedflex AB. Vill du inte vänta på en restnoterad vara har du full rätt att annullera ordern och därmed häva denna del av köpet.

Transportskador:

När du tar emot godset och upptäcker en skada, kvittera aldrig fraktsedeln utan att först göra en anmärkning på kvittensdelen. Anmärkningen behöver inte vara detaljerad, men den är nödvändig för att skadan ska kunna regleras.

Om skadan inte kunnat upptäckas förrän vid uppackning, måste skadan anmälas till DB Schenker inom sju (7) arbetsdagar efter mottagandet för att den ska kunna tas upp till behandling. DB Schenker vill många gånger besiktiga skadan. Därför får du inte returnera, sälja eller reparera det skadade godset utan att först ha kontaktat DB Schenker.
